Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Italian-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist
Salary: €1,000 p/m (14 salary payments p/a), plus fixed complexity bonus of €100 p/m (11 salary paymentsp/a) plus €7.63 per working day meal allowance
Working hours: 40 hours per week: rotational between: Monday to Sunday 7:00 - 19:00.
Relocation: Available subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m
The Role
In this role, you will provide B2B support to clients in regards to their digital marketing paid advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities include managing and resolving product-related troubleshooting and delivering high-quality customer support for the company’s advertising solutions. You will work across email and chat channels, ensuring an excellent experience for advertisers while maintaining strong collaboration with internal product and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and enhance the overall advertiser experience.
- Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support queries for the company’s advertising products across email and chat channels.
- Own and drive issue resolution by collaborating with in-house Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve a wide variety of generic, technical, or product-related queries.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction by ensuring high service quality throughout the case journey, including clear and timely communication at all touchpoints.
- Ensure adherence to service levels across all channels while achieving best-in-class productivity and improving resolution times for advertisers.
- Partner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and common issue types.
