REQUIREMENTS
 What will your daily mission be?
???? Handling calls from guests looking to book unforgettable stays at the group’s hotels;
???? Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations;
???? Managing emails and ensuring every request is answered with professionalism and care.

What will make you shine in this role?
???? Fluency in Italian and English (or Portuguese);
???? Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
