For one of our clients – a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Growth & Account Success Advisor with Italian  (Hybrid & Relocation Package).

About the Role
As a Growth & Account Success Advisor, you will help businesses unlock new opportunities by strengthening client relationships, reactivating existing accounts, and supporting long-term growth strategies. By understanding each client's goals and challenges, you will recommend tailored solutions that create value and contribute to their success.
Working in an international environment, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their potential while driving account development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Reconnect with previous clients and help them rediscover the value of innovative digital solutions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts through proactive relationship building and strategic account development.
Identify opportunities for account reactivation, upselling, and long-term revenue growth.
Understand clients' business objectives and marketing goals to recommend relevant solutions and services.
Build trusted partnerships by delivering a personalized and consultative customer experience.
Engage with decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase client engagement and investment.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian and with good command of English.
Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, customer support, business development, or a BPO/outsourcing environment.
Strong understanding of account growth strategies and consultative selling techniques.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for creating value and delivering outstanding service.
