For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support 
and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Relation Specialist with Italian.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support in a professional and timely manner;
*Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for common customer issues;
*Update and maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and internal documentation;
*Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams;
*Ensure high-quality service and timely responses in line with company standards and procedures;
*Support administrative processes and contribute to workflow and process improvements
*Identify customer needs and, when appropriate, present additional services or solutions in a consultative manner.
Requirements:
*Good command of Italian, along with effective English communication skills;
*Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in a professional environment;
*Previous experience in customer support, administration, or a similar role is considered an advantage;
*Comfortable working with multiple software systems, digital tools, and online platforms;
*Well-organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities efficiently;
*Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and international work environment.

relevant experience;
