For one of our clients - a technology provider focused on customer experience, offering
outsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for
– Customer Reservations Coordinator with German and English.
Responsibilities:
*Manage urgent and everyday customer inquiries via phone, chat, and messages with
empathy and professionalism;
*Take initiative to resolve issues or escalate when necessary;
*Handle complex safety-related cases with sensitivity and care;
*Apply company guidelines to protect the community and resolve concerns effectively;
*Spot and report product or process problems, sharing suggestions for improvement;
*Communicate clearly and appropriately, ensuring data privacy and accuracy.
Qualifications:
*Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken;
*Able to stay calm and handle sensitive situations under pressure;
*Detail-focused and skilled in solving complex or urgent matters;
*Experience in customer support or crisis situations is a plus;
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
*Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Our client offers:
*Full-time position (40h/week), shifts from Monday –Sunday 07:00 – 22:00; open-ended
contract with a 30-day trial period;
*Competitive salary with role/language bonuses and performance incentives;
*Daily meal allowance and holiday/Christmas bonuses (monthly or lump sum);
*22 business days of annual leave + extra pay for working on Portuguese public holidays;
*Support with accommodation, travel costs, and initial financial assistance;
*Paid training from day one; medical and dental insurance after 6 months;
*Documentation support for non-Portuguese citizens.
