Becoming a Customer Service Agent with French at Capita:
As a Customer Service Agent at Capita, you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our Telecoms clients. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries. At the same time, we remain dedicated to promoting other products and exclusive offers in line with customer needs and as part of our client commitment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
- Analysing and solving customer’s’ queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.
- Upselling and promoting products.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills you need to succeed:
- French at C1 level or above
- English at B1/B2 lvl would be an asset.
- Customer oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)
- Willingness to work on the basis of a mandate contract for a period of two weeks. The next contract is an employment contract for an indefinite period.
