Customer Service Agent (Phone/Messaging/Email) - French
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join a fast-paced, innovative company operating at the forefront of the digital finance industry. In this role, you’ll support French-speaking customers via phone, messaging, and email, helping to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma (12th Grade) with a Certificate minimum - mandatory
- French Level C1/C2 - mandatory
- Experience with different channels of support, including voice, email and messaging (at least 1 year of experience in one of the above)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working with Google Sheet and Google Doc and/or Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization environment
- Detail-oriented with strong customer focus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Graduate degree (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc)
- Experience working in a FinTech/Crypto environment/company
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices
- Interest in the crypto economy
