DESCRIPTION
Randstad Italia Spa is looking for a candidate for a Leading client in the Telecommunications sector, we are searching for an INBOUND CUSTOMER CARE OPERATOR WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE GERMAN LANGUAGE (C1/C2) AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE (B2)
Working hours: part-time 30 hours per week on shifts, 5 working days from Monday to Saturday, in the time slot from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Possibility of smart working.
What we offer: Initial 6-month temporary contract with excellent possibilities of extension. The applied contract is a Level 2 of the Telecommunications National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Telecomunicazioni).
IMPORTANT: NECESSARY MODEM/ADSL to connect the PC and be able to work remotely. Availability to go to the Fiumicino or Taranto office one day to pick up the company PC.
The candidate will be responsible for assistance related to the world of pet food products. In particular, the resource will have to:
- Provide support to customers who need assistance in relation to their purchases concerning the pet world.
- Manage requests for refunds, order modifications, and requests for information regarding the services and products offered.
- Offer timely and precise assistance, providing exhaustive information and anticipating potential questions.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
- Language Competence: Excellent knowledge of the GERMAN language (C1/C2 level) and the ENGLISH language (B2).
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma or Degree.
- Technical Requirements for Remote Work: ADSL connection with fiber and Ethernet cable.
