DESCRIPTION
At Adecco, we are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a leading company in the banking sector, providing services to the German market, to work from their offices in Madrid.

The selected candidate will join a customer service team dedicated to German customers, performing Front Desk functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service through phone, email, and chat.
Handling inquiries and incidents related to banking services.
Managing customer requests while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Working in shift-based teams.

What We Offer:
  • Temporary contract (6 months) through the company + permanent contract.
  • Gross annual salary: €22,800 + €1,200 variable.
Availability to work in one of the following shifts:
  • Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 24:00
  • Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00
Job location: Madrid.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Native level of German.
  • Spanish level B2.
  • Availability to start on 18/05/2026.

OFFER
  • Initial 3-month temporary contract, followed by a permanent contract.
  • Gross annual salary: €22,800 + €1,200 performance-based bonus.
