Through advanced platforms and services, the company enables seamless access to one of the largest charging networks in Europe and contributes to the transition toward sustainable mobility.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via inbound channels (voice and email). The role focuses on handling billing, account-related inquiries, and other customer service topics, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support on billing, invoices, and payment-related inquiries
  • Assist customers with account-related topics and general service requests
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams when needed
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Follow internal processes and client guidelines to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Language skills: C1 in Slovenian + B2 English
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  •  Good PC skills, including MS Office package
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Experience in contract/account management is a plus
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, or payment processes is an advantage
  • Proactive mindset and customer-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Availability for shift work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Ability to work from the office in Gdańsk
  • Ability to work full-time
