REQUIREMENTS
???????? Your Profile
- Native-level Czech is preferred, and English (B level) is required.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
- Confident using MS Office and navigating CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented, a multitasker, and a strong communicator.
- A team player with a proactive, customer-first attitude.
OFFER
???? Working hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. | Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
???? Training: 3 weeks + 1 week nesting (fully paid).
???????? Working model: On-site at Advance Business Center, Sofia.
???? Salary: 3,500 BGN gross + monthly performance-based bonuses.
