Your Responsibilities:

As a content moderator, you will review and moderate content posted on Social Media. You will be part of a team ensuring a competent and excellent content moderation service and ensuring that all platform compliance regulations are followed. You will be working in the Czech market and helping to build a better experience for our users.

Your Activities:

• Reviewing Content: Carefully look at videos, images, text, and audio to see if they follow the platform's rules.
• Removing Problem Content: Find and get rid of content that breaks the platform's guidelines.
• Managing User Communication: Control comments, posts, and user appeals to keep the online space respectful.
• Categorizing Content: Apply labels to content to make it easier to organize and find.
• Enforcing Rules: Make sure everything stays within legal and platform guidelines to keep the platform safe.
• Tracking Moderation Activity: Keep records of moderation actions and spot repeating problems.
• Teamwork: Communicate with policy, legal, and compliance teams when dealing with difficult cases.
• Working Flexible Hours: Be available for shifts at all times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Native level of Czech
• Business fluency in English
• EU passport or work permit for Portugal already held
