About the job:
As a customer service agent at our client, Concentrix, you will receive incoming calls primarily in Danish, via telephone. You will have to guide and help our customers to solve problems in the best possible way and answer their questions. You will also have to work with additional sales and provide the best customer service for the client's customers.
You must be a good example of a face to the outside and therefore you must have a radiance that is contagious through the phone and email.
Common questions may, for example, concern booking travel or hotel, changes in bookings or questions about hotel or travel. By giving the customer the best service, the work becomes both fun and developing for you, while the customer hangs up with a smile!
