Distribution Support Specialist with German + 2nd EU language

Duties:

• Managing incoming calls and distributors service inquiries
• Build sustainable relationships with distributors
• Being engaged and proactive about the company’s Marketing and Sales plan
• Proposing innovative ideas that will improve the satisfaction of the customers

Place of work: Krakow

• German C1 + 2nd EU language C1
• English B2
• EU citizenship or valid work permit
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
