You’ll work on the ACQO project, focused on enhancing the quality of search and ad results by analyzing user intent and optimizing content for digital marketing.
Become part of a multilingual team of experts improving Google’s search engine experience for millions of users.
Your day to day:
- Evaluate the quality of search results by reviewing keyword and landing page matches
- Write, review, and optimize ad texts and extensions for digital campaigns
- Assess the relevance of search queries and classify results as Good, Risky, or Bad based on intent
- Provide feedback to improve algorithmic performance (Machine Learning contribution)
- Work with KPIs like:
- Keyword Quality Score ≥ 80%
- Landing Page Score ≥ 80%
- AHT ≤ 7.5 minutes
REQUIREMENTS
- Dutch speaker (C2 level) with English proficiency (B2 level)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with browsers, spreadsheets, and online tools
- Ideally 6–12 months of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness and understanding of online marketing/SEO is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 25 wpm

- Gross monthly salary: €1,300
- Performance bonus of up to €300/month

- Work 5 days/week on a rotating shift from Monday to Sunday, 08:00–22:00
