About the Company
Our client is a Scandinavian company leading the way in the Electric Vehicle (EV) and green technology sector, providing innovative charging solutions across Europe. Known for its sustainability focus and customer-first approach, the company is expanding its multilingual support hub in Málaga and looking for French and Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join their growing international team.
The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will support customers across Europe in French and Dutch, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service. You’ll handle inquiries related to EV charging systems, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless experience with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in French and Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Offer troubleshooting guidance and technical assistance to end users
- Log and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Fluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technically minded and comfortable learning about new products and systems
- Already based in or able to relocate independently to Málaga, Spain
