DESCRIPTION
One of our clients is looking for a Dutch-speaking Inbound Sales Representative! Do you enjoy social interactions and are you interested in working for a leading company in new technologies? This job might be for you!
Responsibilities
- Manages qualified inbound calls for Commercial Business Development of customers acquired/profiled online Account management of gold customers and partners
- Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to calling back for support tasks)
- Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
- Calls back to customers and other HP supporting teams (LSP, carrier, finances...) to complete support tasks
- Feedback to HP on sales activity Skills for the Specialist
- All above skills for inbound
- Identify the right contacts at customers
- Ask the right questions to identify customer needs
- Ability to open the door for next step (2nd call, quotation, etc)
- Resilience (ability to remain positive despite several contact failures)
- Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline
- Collect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questions
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Fluent in English and for the language for the market at native level (Dutch)
- One year of related sales experience
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate
- Familiar with sales CRMs. Microsoft office
