DESCRIPTION
Are you a Dutch speaker looking to build your customer service career in sunny Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team in Portugal, with a start date of 21 September.
You will support customers of a leading home appliances brand, helping with warranty-related inquiries and appliance questions via phone and email. Join a casual, international team and enjoy a stable working schedule with long-term career opportunities.
About the company
Our client is a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, specializing in customer service, sales, and technical support. With operations in more than 20 countries, they employ over 130,000 professionals supporting major international brands across a variety of industries.
What will you do?
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
- Answer questions regarding warranty coverage
- Support customers with issues related to home appliances
- Provide professional and customer-focused service
- Accurately manage customer cases and follow up when needed
What are we looking for?
- Native or near-native level of Dutch (C2)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous face-to-face or contact centre customer service experience is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
- Ability to multitask, manage your time effectively, and work independently
What is offered?
- €1,400 monthly base salary
- €150 monthly language bonus
- Up to €100 bonus
- Meal allowance card
- Full-time position
- Fixed working schedule: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00
