DESCRIPTION
Are you fluent in Dutch and English and ready to build an international career in customer service and the travel industry? Join an international team in Greece and support customers and accommodation partners with their travel-related questions and requests.
Develop valuable customer service, communication, and travel industry skills while benefiting from fully paid training and flexible working arrangements.
What will you do?
- Answer incoming communications from customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat, and email
- Research information and provide accurate solutions to customer queries
- Act as the first point of contact for accommodation partners
- Assist with room modifications, rates and availability, and reservations
- Provide support with online/extranet tools
- Handle general account and booking-related queries
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and processes
- Maintain a high level of service and create a positive customer and partner experience
- Follow established procedures and continuously develop your product and service knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Dutch at C1 level and English at B2+ level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and supportive attitude
- Comfortable using computers and different digital tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- For remote work, reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home working environment
- Already living in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece and obtain the necessary work authorization
