Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative - Sales Ads
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Salary: €26,276 base + up to €3,408 bonus

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative - Sales Ads to join our Sales Ads team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them discover how digital advertising can grow their business.
Your main focus will be generating high-quality opportunities for the Partner Manager team. Through outbound outreach, you’ll engage decision-makers, understand their needs, and set the foundation for successful sales conversations.

What You’ll Do
• Build a strong pipeline by identifying and reaching out to potential SMB advertisers
• Run daily outbound campaigns (calls and emails), including cold outreach
• Engage marketing decision-makers and business owners, quickly building trust and interest
• Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, and readiness to invest in advertising
• Book high-quality meetings for the Partner Manager team
• Clearly communicate the value of our advertising solutions in a concise and compelling way
• Manage and prioritize a large portfolio of accounts to identify the best opportunities
• Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
• Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and detailed prospect and activity information
• Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

What We’re Looking For
• Native or C2-level Dutch and strong English (C1+)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment
• Confidence managing a high volume of outreach and accounts
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly spark interest
