Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Rep Remote in Greece

Contract: Unlimited (Permanent)

Salary: €1,300 gross per month + performance bonus up to 10%

About the Role

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a leading payments company, providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Greece, with a permanent contract and an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly customer support in Dutch.

Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Meet monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Dutch language proficiency at C1 level or above.

English language proficiency at B1 level or above.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday: 10:00–18:00

Saturday and Sunday: Fixed days off.

Salary & Benefits

Gross basic salary: €1,300 per month (€950 base salary + €350 language allowance).

Performance bonus: Up to 10% based on monthly performance and KPIs, starting after the first three months and payable in the fourth month.
