As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to users of our personalized employee benefits platform. You will assist customers in navigating the digital platform, resolve any inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in managing and optimizing their employee benefits through our digital platform.
  • Resolve any technical or account-related issues quickly and professionally.
  • Guide users on how to utilize the platform’s features, including managing benefits and incentives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services to deliver accurate information and solutions.
  • Support users in navigating the mobile app and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level).
  • Good command of English (B1/B2 level) for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps and digital platforms.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria
