As a Dutch Trust and Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in content moderation, helping to create a secure digital space while developing your career in a structured and supportive work environment.

Content Moderation – Review, assess, and moderate ads and user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies.
Safety Monitoring – Identify and report policy violations, inappropriate content, or risks to maintain a secure platform.
Quality Control – Make consistent and accurate moderation decisions.
Team Collaboration – Work with colleagues and supervisors to address complex cases and improve processes.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Trust and Safety Specialist, your main responsibility will be to review and moderate content and advertisements posted on our platform. This role may involve handling sensitive or explicit material, so a strong sense of responsibility and resilience is essential. You will work in a well-organized team, ensuring that all content aligns with our safety and quality guidelines.

Native or near-native Dutch speaker with strong English skills for internal communication.
Detail-oriented and analytical, able to make quick and accurate content assessments.
Comfortable working with sensitive material while maintaining professionalism.
Flexible and available for shift work (24/7 environment).
Motivated to grow within the company and take on new challenges.

OFFER
Salary: 3600 BGN gross per month.
Work Schedule: Shift-based, Monday to Sunday, following local labor laws.
Training: 6-week on-site training, fully paid, to prepare you for success.
