Fraud Activity Agent (French-speaking)
DESCRIPTION
- Initiate and lead investigations on suspicious cases using internal tools and predefined macros
- Collect, review, and meticulously verify all customer documentation to confirm or dismiss fraudulent activity
- Monitor case timelines, ensuring follow-up actions and resolutions occur within defined pending periods
- De-escalate tickets to Level 1 when client documentation isn’t received after 14 days, following established procedures

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English
- Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, adaptability
- Advanced customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Skilled at troubleshooting and solving complex, non-standard issues
- Ability to provide clear root-cause analyses and actionable insights
- Comfortable with CRM systems, parcel-tracking tools, and related operational platforms
- Technical knowledge of OS-level topics (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Proactive in identifying and driving process-improvement initiatives
- Focused on optimizing service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational efficiency
- Deep understanding of internal processes and workflows
