DESCRIPTION
  • Initiate and lead investigations on suspicious cases using internal tools and predefined macros
  • Collect, review, and meticulously verify all customer documentation to confirm or dismiss fraudulent activity
  • Monitor case timelines, ensuring follow-up actions and resolutions occur within defined pending periods
  • De-escalate tickets to Level 1 when client documentation isn’t received after 14 days, following established procedures

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, adaptability
  • Advanced customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Skilled at troubleshooting and solving complex, non-standard issues
  • Ability to provide clear root-cause analyses and actionable insights
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, parcel-tracking tools, and related operational platforms
  • Technical knowledge of OS-level topics (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Proactive in identifying and driving process-improvement initiatives
  • Focused on optimizing service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational efficiency
  • Deep understanding of internal processes and workflows
