What you will do:
- Answering calls from our members;
- Handle management queries, requests for information and complaints by telephone;
- Understanding members' requests and finding solutions;
- Communicate in a personalized and humanized way;
- Use various contact channels with members, keeping up with technological developments (chatbot, among others);
- Promote the company's services to potential customers by telephone, focusing on proactive sales of services.
REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent in French;
- Experience in call center environment.
