DESCRIPTION
- Provide technical support in French via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and update case information accurately.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and follow established procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams and technicians to resolve complex issues.
- Update ticketing systems and maintain accurate documentation in English.
- Represent the company with a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level French proficiency (C2).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Patient, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- EU passport or a valid residence permit allowing you to work in Portugal.
- Willingness to work on-site in Porto.
