Francophone Lead Generator in Barcelona, Spain

Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:
- Marketing the client's latest product and managing the sales cycle up to room booking, including several steps:
- Qualifying prospects according to our KYC (Know Your Customer) criteria.
- Identifying prospects' needs.
- Presenting our value proposition and apartments, ensuring our solution meets the prospects' needs.
- Following up with clients through multiple channels: phone, email, WhatsApp.
- Handling questions and objections throughout the sales cycle.
- Collecting and verifying necessary documents for booking files.
- Selecting locations based on internal criteria to maximize harmony among residents.
- Strategy, Process, and Tools:
- Contributing to the improvement of the B2C strategy, its execution, and the evolution of processes and tools.
- Collecting and sharing lead feedback internally for continuous improvement.
- Managing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM with diligence.
What We Offer:
- A permanent contract.
- Full-time position (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Salary of 21,000 euros gross/year + 3,000 euros gross/year in bonuses.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with potential clients.
- Comfort with handling a large volume of leads.
- Organized, methodical, and resilient.
- Proactive and ready to take initiatives to convert leads into clients.
- C1 level in French and English to work in an international environment.
- Comfort with numbers and an appetite for analysis (KPIs and reporting).
- Self-confidence and authenticity.
- Experience in business development (a plus).
- Team spirit and versatility.
