For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that
delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are
looking for – Content Analyst with French and English.

Responsibilities:
*Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform policies and
legal requirements;
*Safeguard the community by identifying and removing content that violates safety,
compliance, or quality standards;
*Collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation processes and content governance strategies;
*Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of moderation guidelines and best practices;
*React promptly to flagged content and coordinate with relevant departments to manage
policy breaches efficiently.

Qualifications:
* Proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken, is essential;
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly analyze content under time constraints;
* Resilience and adaptability in handling sensitive, sometimes challenging material;
* Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including evenings or late hours;
* Experience in content moderation, compliance, or customer support is a strong advantage.
