Job Title: German Business Development Coordinator

Salary: €52,000 OTE + benefits

Location: Dublin City South *hybrid*

As a successful German Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with leads from current clients and past clients. You will be reaching out to understand their current client needs and matching their requirements with the right products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new leads in your geographic locations and ensure you activate old accounts by carrying out research, prospecting and understanding their business models.
• Manage key relationships and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs by delving deep and understanding their business needs.
• Working with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and working on analysing data
• Excellent communication skills with the sales team and external parties and managing via numerous channels.
• Setting up meetings for key players on the sales team once you engage with a new or old client.
• Managing and maintaining the inhouse knowledge database
• Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
• Strong networking skills
• A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
• Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.

Experience

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management
• Fluent German & English
• Strong administration skills
• CRM proficiency experience a plus * High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach * Sales training is preferred
• A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
• Excellent telephone manner is essential
• Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
• Has excellent communication skills and is able to build effective long term relationships
• Is able to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale
• Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
