DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting an Dutch speaking Account Executive for a leading international B2B SaaS company based in Valencia, Spain.
The company helps multinational organizations digitalize and automate critical business processes through cloud-based software solutions. As the business continues its international expansion, it is strengthening its commercial team to accelerate growth across the specified market.
This is a new-business-focused sales position for a commercially ambitious professional who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts and managing the complete B2B sales cycle from first contact through negotiation and close.
What will you do?
- Identify and prospect new potential customers across the assigned market.
- Conduct market research to identify, segment and prioritize target accounts.
- Engage relevant decision-makers within multinational and enterprise organizations.
- Conduct discovery calls, commercial presentations and software demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and position appropriate SaaS solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders and commercial negotiations where required.
- Maintain a relentless focus on new-logo acquisition by continuously building, qualifying and progressing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Project Management, R&D and other internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales activity within the CRM.
- Work towards clearly defined commercial KPIs and revenue targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/C1 Dutch (If you speak one of the Nordic languages or German that is also okay)
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum B1 Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education.
- 2–8 years of professional sales experience, ideally within B2B sales.
- Strong hunter mentality with a genuine focus on new business acquisition.
- Experience managing or contributing to a full sales cycle.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented.
- SaaS or software sales experience is highly valued.
OFFER
- €30,000–€40,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.
- Variable / commission structure.
- Based in Valencia, Spain.
- Hybrid model: 4 days per week on-site.
