DESCRIPTION
Adecco Portugal is looking for a Customer Experience Associate - German, Dutch or French Speaker (M/F) for its client, a prestigious IT company.
Tasks:
- To manage a client portfolio composed of small and medium sized companies from the German, Dutch or French speaking markets;
- Providing excellent customer service in an inbound customer contact environment via phone, email or chat;
- Providing Business to Business Support services with emphasis on online advertising sector, and social media;
- Maintain high customer satisfaction experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in German, Dutch or French and in English;
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing (a preference);
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
