???? Your Responsibilities
  • Represent a well-known international car rental brand.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email in German.
  • Support customers with new reservations, booking modifications, and cancellations.
  • Handle general inquiries related to travel, mobility, and car rental services.
  • Provide tailored mobility solutions based on each customer’s needs.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service.
  • Share ideas to help improve customer experience and service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent German, C1 level or higher.
  • Good English skills for internal communication.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
  • No previous experience required, as full paid training is provided.
  • Availability to work full-time in Sofia, Bulgaria.
