What will you do?

  • Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking merchants
  • Manage customer queries end-to-end via phone, email, and live chat
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related issues efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Underwriting, and other internal teams
  • Ensure a smooth and positive merchant experience throughout the journey
  • Share customer feedback to support product and process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in fintech or financial services
  • Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Additional language skills such as Czech, Slovak, or Polish are an advantage
