DESCRIPTION
  • To respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.
  • To develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of client products and services.
  • To be able to recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.
  • To deal with all correspondence as requested/required.
  • Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent German (C1+). both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Prior experience in customer service is a big plus
  • Good Computer skills
  • Self-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
  • Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytics
  • Ability to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team
