- Salary: €1,825.21 gross per month (based on full-time)
- Contract: Permanent contract with 2 months probation period
- Working hours: Choice of 39, 36, 34 or 32 hours per week
- Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00
- Full-time training: You are available full-time for two weeks of classroom training at our office in Alicante, followed by two weeks of on-the-job training
- Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
- Workplace: A safe and friendly work environment in our Alicante office – this position is 100% on-site for the first 3 months, changing to the hybrid model is possible later (only 2 office days per month mandatory)

Join Transcom as a German-speaking Customer Service Representative!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level.
In this role, you will:
- Help customers with their online banking questions
- Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- Languages: German C1-C2 level and English B2 level
- Availability: Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00, at least 5 days per week, two evenings per week until 23:00, as well as two weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)
- Full-time training: You are fully available during the 4-week training phase
- Qualifications: Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and an affinity for administrative tasks. Basic knowledge and experience with computers are also required
- Documents: You hold a valid European passport – an EU ID card is not sufficient to start in this role unless you have already worked in Spain
- You can start in Alicante on 12/11/2025
