Your Role

As a Player Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for German- and English-speaking players.

Player Support

• Assist players via phone, email and live chat

• Resolve technical, billing, account and gameplay-related issues

• Investigate and resolve player cases efficiently

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

• Provide empathetic, professional and player-focused support

Community Management

• Moderate gaming community platforms

• Help maintain a friendly, safe and positive environment

• Identify recurring issues and player trends

• Share valuable feedback with internal teams

• Contribute ideas to improve processes and knowledge-base content

• Help shape the overall player experience

What We're Looking For

Language Skills

• Fluent German

• Good English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• A genuine desire to help others

• Comfortable working as part of a team

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and internet-based tools

• Previous gaming experience and an understanding of gaming culture
