What will you do?
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients in the German market
- Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital advertising services
- Understand customer objectives and provide tailored solutions
- Increase customer spend through upselling strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
- Handle a high volume of daily client interactions
- Identify growth opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Fluent in German (C2) and English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven strategies
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the German market and business culture
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and campaign performance
- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-focused mindset
