DESCRIPTION
Would you like to build an international career while enjoying life, working remotely in the Mediterranean? Our client is looking for motivated Italian on several work-from-home projects to join their growing support teams in Greece.

In this role, you will support users of a well-known international service in either a customer support or technical support function. You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad.

Disclaimer: This role can solely be performed within Greece. Relocation support is facilitated by our client, and we are happy to tell you more about it personally!

What will you do?
  • Support Italian-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
  • Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment
  • Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
  • Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
  • Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
