Job Advert for Latvian-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Are you fluent in Latvian and enthusiastic about delivering top-quality customer service? Do you have a good command of English and want to join a vibrant team? If you answered "yes," we have an exciting opportunity for you in our Athens-based contact center, where you'll represent a major retailer as a Customer Service Agent.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Latvian (C1 level) and a solid command of English (B1 level) in both written and spoken forms.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A strong desire to assist customers and resolve their inquiries.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Job Details:
- Contract Type: Unlimited
- Operating Hours (Latvian): Monday to Sunday, 24/7 (Transportation support provided for night shifts outside regular hours).
- Salary (Latvian):€1,100 gross (€950 base salary + €150 language allowance)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on your performance and KPIs per month, available after the first 3 months (paid on the 4th month).
- Private Medical Insurance (Generali):** Provided from the hire date.
- Up Hellas Card: €5 per working day.
- Night Shift Bonus:Additional compensation for night shifts.
- Retention Bonus: Offered after 3 months based on performance.
- Location: Office-based in Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your Latvian and English language skills to assist customers through various communication channels.
- Follow established company guidelines and maintain a high standard of service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
