They offer customer service, sales and technical support through their contact centers. Our customer's task is to ensure that the customers in their company have good experiences with their customer service and that they constantly look after getting better. About the job:

• You will strive to provide exceptional service to all Norwegian customers through communication portals such as telephone, chat, and email.
• You will work in a Norwegian team with fantastic colleagues.
• You will be part of a project specializing in money transfers worldwide.

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with other people through phone, chat, and email. Additionally, we require:

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken
• Outgoing - enjoys talking to people!
• Interested in learning more about conversational techniques and other coaching to excel in your job
• Willing to relocate to Riga, if residing in Norway
