Their Customer Experience team is growing, and they are looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join them — someone who shares their values of honesty, warmth, and doing right by the customer.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them get the most out of our client's products and services. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat — always with professionalism and genuine care. The role is based at their Málaga headquarters, with a hybrid working arrangement available once your initial onboarding period is complete.
This is not a call centre where you read from a script. Our client is a Nordic-founded company, and that means a flat structure, a culture of trust, and real ownership over your work.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver expert, friendly support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot product and service issues, guiding customers clearly and patiently to a resolution
- Handle enquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and account management
- Represent the company's values in every customer interaction — warm, honest, and solutions-focused
- Collaborate with an international team, sharing knowledge and flagging recurring issues
- Meet quality, satisfaction, and response-time targets consistently
What We Are Looking For
Must have:
- Native or near-native Norwegian, both written and spoken — this is essential
- Good English for internal communication with the wider team
- Genuine empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving instincts
- Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced, multicultural environment
