What will you do?
Engage with existing clients via telephone, chat, and email
Manage inbound warm leads and conduct timely outbound outreach
Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions
Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance
Execute digital campaigns and monitor success metrics
Identify trends and proactively improve campaign results
Refer clients to appropriate teams for specialized support
Promote optimal use of advertising products for enhanced customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
Fluent in Polish (minimum C1) and strong English skills (minimum B2)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience with strong commercial acumen
Comfortable in fast-paced, transactional sales environments
Customer-focused and consultative in approach
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Must hold a valid full-time working visa (no student visas)
Experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus
Familiarity with online advertising or performance marketing is a bonus
