
DESCRIPTION
- Represent the company and their clients on a topnotch level, providing high quality customer experience via telephone, chat and e-mail;
- Handle inbound voice sales orders (order processing, upselling, comparisons), customer service inquiries (billing, tracking, description details, etc..);
- Achieve excellent customer satisfaction, focusing on the clients’ needs and offering the best possible solution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Dutch language and a working level of English is required;
- Comprehensive training will be provided, making this role accessible to candidates with varying levels of experience;
- Possess a positive attitude and attention to detail;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, both verbal and written;
