Your Responsibilities:

Represent a well-known international car rental brand
Communicate with customers via phone and email in Danish
Assist clients with:

New reservations
Booking modifications
Cancellations
General travel and mobility inquiries

Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs
Deliver excellent customer service through professional and friendly communication
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality

REQUIREMENTS

What We Are Looking For:

Fluent Danish (C1 level or higher)
Good English skills for internal communication
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-oriented mindset
Positive attitude and team spirit
No previous experience required — full training is provided
