Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Sofia from outside Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their questions and technical issues via support tickets and phone calls.

• Provide clear, practical solutions to everyday device-related queries.

• Help customers navigate basic iOS and Android features.

• Identify recurring issues and potential bugs, reporting findings to the relevant team.

• Deliver friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused support.

• Collaborate with international colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish for daily communication with customers.

• Good command of English (B1 level or equivalent) for training and internal communication.

• Basic knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
