Sales Acquisition Specialist – German Speaking
Barcelona, Spain
€26,710 gross/year + up to €6,677 performance bonus
 Full-time | 39 hours/week | Office-based with potential hybrid working

Are you a results-driven sales professional who speaks fluent German and enjoys building relationships and winning new business?

We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Specialist with German to join our growing sales team in Barcelona and help expand the professional host network for a leading travel and hospitality platform.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective hosts and business partners. You’ll use your sales expertise, communication skills, and market knowledge to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and guide prospects through the onboarding process.

Your Responsibilities
Outreach & Business Acquisition
Proactively identify, research, and contact high-potential hosts and business partners through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Guide prospects throughout the acquisition and onboarding journey.
Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the professional host network.
Relationship Building
Build trust and establish strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the platform, communicating its benefits, products, and services.
Share relevant market insights and industry best practices with prospective partners.
Maintain regular communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pipeline Management & Performance
Manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.
Accurately maintain customer information, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Monitor performance and provide insights based on customer conversations and market feedback.
Contribute to continuous improvements in sales processes and strategies.
Collaboration & Development
Collaborate with territory sales teams, program managers, and other internal stakeholders.
Share successful approaches, market insights, and ideas for process improvements.
Participate actively in sales training, coaching, and professional development.
Continuously develop your product, market, and sales knowledge.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
Experience in travel, hospitality, property, SaaS, digital marketing, or a related industry is a plus.
C2 German and C1 English proficiency.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with outbound sales and managing a high volume of customer interactions.
Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
A professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
Resilience, ambition, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

Formal sales training or recognition as a top individual contributor, such as President’s Club, is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
