Technical Fiber Support - German Speaker (Lisbon)

You will be in charge of solving the second level technical issues that our customers are facing with our Salt Fiber Box.

Your responsibilities:

• Control of processes related to link orders in Fiber Optic: order management, error detection and implementation of solutions with our internal and external partners
• Technical knowledge in the following areas: network and Internet connectivity, Windows-MacOS-iOS-Android configuration. Good LAN, WLAN (WiFi), VOIP knowledge.
• Knowledge of Apple TV product is a plus
• Configuration and customer support by phone and email

Technical knowledge in the following areas:

• Internet and network connection,
• Windows MacOS iOS Android configuration,
• Good knowledge of LAN, WLAN (WiFi), VOIP.

What you bring with you:

• you have experience in the field of fiber optics at home or abroad, especially in the area of troubleshooting physical and software installation
• Very good knowledge of German- English
• Interest in telecommunication products and very good IT skills
• Troubleshooting and configuration: rotor, WiFi network, TV box, Fiber Optic setup, etc
