  • What You Will Do In This Rol
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations

What’s In It For You
  • Full-time 39 hours/week indefinido contract: Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 18:00
  • Salary 22.600 gross/year + up to 3.700 euros gross/year in bonus
  • Central location in Benalmadena
