People do.Our business activities:To support our international customers in finding the best solutions we set up 2 Service Centers, one based in Madrid (Getafe) and a multi-lingual global service desk in Barcelona (Poblenou area) where we provide technical support in 8 different languages and we operate in different levels with First Level Analysts (who are responsible mainly for solving the basic and general IT issues via phone, e-mail or chat), Second Level and Senior Analysts, and Leaders that help and manage the teams as Floor managers, Team leaders and Operational managers.We also provide On-site support to important multinational companies in the most important industrial zones in Madrid, Catalunya and Basque Country, to enable it we count with a team of Deskside, Network and System Engineers, Installation technicians, Resource Managers and other professionals that are part of our Technical Resource Group.In our office in Barcelona we have different departments to support our business for example Human Resources, Training, Facilities, Business Intelligence, Finance...
