DESCRIPTION

Our client is now hiring Account Managers to join their office in Malaga, supporting well-known brands in the tech industry by helping them improve their businesses with cutting-edge cloud technologies. What You Will Do:
• Be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering a strong first impression and laying the foundation for long-term relationships.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, offering tailored cloud technology solutions.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Present competitive solutions based on customer needs and experiences.
• Provide valuable customer feedback to help improve services and offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
• Native-level German with fluency in English.
• 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record is required.
• Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales account management or customer management experience is required.
• IT industry knowledge and experience selling cloud-based solutions like Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a self-starter attitude and passion for sales.
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
