Workster is partnering with one of the world’s leading customer experience providers to recruit German-speaking talents who want to start or grow their career in an international environment in Athens, Greece.

???? Your Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, or chat
- Answer questions related to products, services, or orders
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Update customer information in internal systems
- Work closely with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction
???? Your Profile
- German language at C1 level or higher
- English is an advantage
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and team-focused
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
???? This role is also suitable for junior candidates
???? The Offer
???? Salary & Bonuses (example to illustrate earnings)
- Base salary: €1,300 gross/month (paid 14 times per year)
- Training completion bonus: €500 gross (one-time payment)
- Monthly accommodation support: €500 gross/month for the first 6 months
- Productivity bonus: up to €220 gross/month
- Meal allowance included

- Temporary accommodation provided for the first month
