Accenture is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong German language skills to join our team in Dublin. 

This role is part of a strategic initiative in partnership with Pinterest to help businesses across Europe build brand awareness, increase product sales, and leverage cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.

You will work closely with agencies to drive the rollout of innovative advertising campaigns, ensure client success, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies (new and existing) to support advertisers on Pinterest.
• Develop new agency business in your market through prospecting, pitching, and building strong relationships.
• Retain and grow advertising revenue within your portfolio.
• Understand partner business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaigns and drive performance.
• Communicate updates, new features, and enhancements to the product team.
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics and business trends internally and to partners.

• Experience in digital marketing agencies, account management, or online advertising platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and KPIs (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and collaboration tools like G Suite.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive business outcomes.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in emerging technologies.
